We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a nonprofit ecommerce website. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use the Site with this in mind.

8) Children’s privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to/limit certain processing. To make a request, contact webmaster@forkintheroad.charity. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
